• Global Delivery: We ship worldwide! Orders are processed within 3 business days with a standard shipping time of 9–12 days. Please note that busy seasons and restocking may affect delivery times.
• Multiple Item Orders: Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and have different tracking numbers and varying delivery times. You’ll receive all tracking updates by email.
• Tracking & Updates: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress. We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see a tracking email within a few days.

Returns Policy

• How to Start a Return:
  • Log in to your SAINT CHIC Account and open your order to request a return, or
  • Email our helpdesk at help@saintchic.com with your 5-digit order number.
• Eligibility Window: Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Swimwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damaged item. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Once the return carrier shows delivery to our returns address, please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and inspect your item and 3–5 business days to process your exchange or store credit.
• Updates: We’ll email you when your return is received and when your exchange or store credit has been issued.
